Led the Biomedical Sciences to be nominated in every category we qualified for at the annual PCOM leadership banquet. Collectively, we won 3 out of the 10 awards. I won First Year Achievement, which means a great deal because since PCOM is strictly a professional and medical school, every organization centers around philanthropy, healthcare, and service to the community. I’m just a very passionate person, and when I do something, I go above and beyond. It’s an honor to be acknowledged for my work ethic and positive influence in my community. I’m just forever grateful that PCOM gave me the opportunity and environment to effect change!
